The Yorkshire and Humber Assembly is seeking to appoint a consultant to appraise the 2009 Update of the Regional Spatial Strategy, with a particular focus on examining the spatial options
for distributing housing growth. The RSS Update is a key priority for the Assembly in response to the Government's Green Paper agenda for increased rates/levels of house building.
Full selection criteria are set out in the project brief, with the work managed over approximately 12 months. We are seeking innovative consultants with the capacity, knowledge, skills and experience to work with us over this period. The successful bidder will also demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality, userfriendly outputs and show real value for money.
Tenders are to be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in the brief by 12 noon on Wednesday 6th August 2008.
